Amanda Norre is a partner and co-founder of Skarpa. Amanda has experience from the finance sector, where she during many years worked as an analyst and as a consultant. Amanda has extensive experience in different types of structural business deals and valuations. Amanda has worked within many business areas, such as finance, IT, logistics, medical technology, consumer goods and manufacturing industry.
From 2005 and until Skarpa was founded, Amanda was an entrepreneur and managed NorreBolaget, focused on advising companies going through structural change, company valuations and due diligence analyses.
Prior to that, Amanda was responsible for the finance department at SET Revisionsbyrå. Her tasks were then mainly focused on valuations, both of individual companies and of conglomerates, but also of specific assets within a company. Amanda also organized courses in company valuations.
Amanda has also worked at Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission, initially as a stock trader and later as an analyst. In her capacity as analyst, Amanda followed the development of IT – and internet consultants in northern Europe.
