Transaction leader
Marcus Holmberg has many years of experience from corporate finance and private equity. He has particular experience in M&A, real estate transactions, financing and investments.
For the last five years Marcus has been practicing as lawyer, most recently as a partner at Advokatfirman Lindahl. Further back he was a partner at Flood Advokatbyrå, and legal expert/lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå.
Marcus holds a degree of law (Jur. Kand.) from Uppsala University and a degree of business administration from Örebro University.
