ALLIANCE PLUS + acquires Express Gruppen AB

One of Denmark’s largest companies in the service industry, owned by Danish private equity giant Polaris Equity, strengthens its position as a facility service provider in the Swedish market through the acquisition of Express Gruppen AB.

ALLIANCE PLUS is one of the leading players in the service industry with customers in both the public and private sectors. The company is owned by the Danish capital fund Polaris Private Equity and comes with the acquisition of Express Group will employ 3,900 employees of which 2,100 in Sweden.
