Loxysoft AB acquires contact center software marketleader Dolphin A/S

Swedish market leader in dialer and outbound sales software, Loxysoft, has acquired the Norwegian software company Dolphin A/S. The new Loxysoft Group will deliver a wide range of products to customers worldwide.

Skarpa has been the exclusive buy-side financial advisor giving transactional support as well as managing the deal structuring.
