OPO Scandinavia AB has been acquired  by Seafire AB

Seafire AB (publ) has acquired 100 percent of the shares in OPO Scandinavia AB. The sellers include Small Cap Partners II through OPO Holding AB.

OPO Scandinavia designs, markets and sells spectacle frames, accessories and tools for the optic industry. OPO is a spectacle company with several different brands in the portfolio. The company has its head office, studio and showrooms in Malmö and has 17 employees. OPO is known for good service and products with a typical Scandinavian character. The company’s home market is the Nordic region and was founded in 1996.

OPO has had an average growth of approximately 6% over the past four years and had sales of SEK 64 million with an EBITDA of SEK 16 million rolling twelve months as of March 31, 2022. Access took place on May 30, 2022.
