Solreneriet acquires DS Facility Management and creates SOL Facility Services.
Solreneriet AB acquires the service company DS Facility Management in Stockholm, and will soon change its name to SOL Facility Services AB.
The merged company with approximately 700 employees is moving to new premises on Södermalm in Stockholm. – We are happy to together build on a larger and more future-oriented organization with the customer in the center, says Tina Wessman Hellstadius, CEO of SOL Facility Services.
