Törnells Maskinuthyrning AB has been acquired by KH-Koneet Group

KH-Koneet Group has through KH-Maskin AB acquired all shares in the machine rental company Törnells Maskinuthyrning AB.

Törnells Maskinuthyrning AB is a Swedish company founded in 1990 that specializes in the rental of construction machinery. The company has had a good development in terms of profitability and sales that showed 47 million during the financial year ended Aug 2021. Törnells Maskinuthyrning AB has premises in Gothenburg & employs about 18 people.

KH-Koneet Group is a general agent & leading importer of construction machinery with operations in Finland & Sweden. KH-Koneet Group is a complete Service Provider that provides the right machine for all types of civil engineering & material transport, comprehensive service and spare parts services as well as knowledgeable technical support.

The Group consists of the business units KH-Koneet, Kobelco Center, Edeco Tools & KH-Maskin AB, which import, sell & service machines for civil engineering and foundation work.

For the financial year 2021, KH-Koneet Group’s net sales amounted to EUR 169 million.
